A general histological analysis of regularities of the osseous tissue reparative regeneration was performed in dops with gunshot fracture of long tubular bones. Methods of light and electron microscopy, cytophotometry of summary proteins optic density, historadioautography with 3H-thymidine were used. On the site of the osseous defect forms a complicated in tissue composition regenerate in the course of proliferative stage of regeneration and in interaction of diverse cellular differons. Viable osteogenic elements of bony fragments are the accessory source of the osseous regenerate forming. A mechanism of regenerative endosteal osteogenesis is revealed. Realization of the osseous tissue histoblastic properties, intertissue correlations and remodeling of the regenerate lead to healing of the gunshot fracture.
