Abstract

Methods and reagents is a unique monthly column that highlights current discussions in the newsgroup bionet.molbio.methds-reagnts, available on the Internet. This month's column discusses some common problems associated with measuring DNA concentrations using a mini-fluorometer and the handling of RNA samples.
