We propose a method for testing the assumption of independent censoring in right censored survival data. This method includes extra data collection by the subsequent follow-up of a subset of censored subjects. A score test statistic is derived within the framework of a Cox proportional hazards model with a time-dependent covariate. In this paper we focus on the power calculation for the score test under proportional hazards alternatives. Comparison of the observed with the theoretical power shows that the latter is somewhat lower than the former.
我们提出了一种方法，用于检验右删失生存数据中独立删失的假设。该方法包括通过对一部分删失对象进行后续随访来收集额外数据。在具有时间相依协变量的Cox比例风险模型框架内推导出一个得分检验统计量。在本文中，我们专注于比例风险备择假设下得分检验的功效计算。观察到的功效与理论功效的比较表明，后者略低于前者。
