Abstract
Leukemic infiltration of the prostate is unusual. Acute retention of urine as the first clinical manifestation of an unsuspected, asymptomatic chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is found only in sporadic case reports. This report documents a case of CLL in a 65-year-old man presenting with acute urinary retention. The literature pertinent to this topic is briefly discussed.
摘要
白血病浸润前列腺的情况较为罕见。急性尿潴留作为未被怀疑的无症状慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）的首发临床表现仅在散发病例报告中出现。本报告记录了一例65岁男性CLL患者出现急性尿潴留的病例。并简要讨论了与此主题相关的文献。
