In years 1980-1992 cesarean section was performed in 13.6%, mostly because of fetal distress. The rate of cesarean sections was rising from 8.9% in 1980 up to 18.5% in 1991, with the fall about 2.9% and in 1992. There were no maternal deaths after cesarean sections. Newborns mortality was 2.69% and in 81.5% was concerning preterm infants with birth-weight below 2501 g.
1980年至1992年期间，剖宫产率为13.6%，主要原因是胎儿窘迫。剖宫产率从1980年的8.9%上升至1991年的18.5%，1992年下降了约2.9%。剖宫产术后无产妇死亡。新生儿死亡率为2.69%，其中81.5%与出生体重低于2501g的早产儿有关。
