Abstract
Ten adult men who underwent two successive pancreatic function tests in tandem received hyoscine-N-butylbromide intravenously before the second test. The drug inhibited secretin-stimulated protein, trypsin and amylase secretion and increased the bicarbonate concentration in the pancreatic juice. It is important to take these findings into account when interpreting the results of pure pancreatic juice collections taken during retrograde endoscopic pancreatography if the drug has been used as a duodenal relaxant.

十名成年男性先后进行了两次串联的胰腺功能测试，在第二次测试前静脉注射了丁溴东莨菪碱。该药物抑制了促胰液素刺激的蛋白质、胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶分泌，并提高了胰液中的碳酸氢盐浓度。如果该药物被用作十二指肠松弛剂，那么在解释逆行内镜胰腺造影术中采集的纯胰液结果时，必须考虑到这些发现。
