Abstract
Clinical and special tests have found that sinusoidal modulated currents in childhood chronic gastroduodenitis produce positive changes in clinical symptoms, secretory and motor functions of the gastroduodenal zones, endoscopic picture, gastroduodenal mucosa morphology, immunologic indices, associated diseases. The authors have developed differential indications for treatment of children with gastroduodenitis using sinusoidal modulated currents.

临床及专项检查发现，儿童慢性胃十二指肠炎症中，正弦调制电流可使临床症状、胃十二指肠区域的分泌及运动功能、内镜图像、胃十二指肠黏膜形态、免疫指标及相关疾病产生积极变化。作者已制定出使用正弦调制电流治疗儿童胃十二指肠炎症的鉴别指征。
