The results of monitoring of population dietary intake and quality of foods in Russia in last years are discussed. Main problems in dietary intake of population are high animal fat intake and slightly low level of high quality protein intake. Deficits of some vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber intake are also first priority problems in nutrition of population. Monitoring of food safety testify about high frequency of microbial contamination of food and raw food materials especially milk and diary food. These data are used at development of state politics in improving of dietary intake of population.
讨论了近年来俄罗斯居民膳食摄入量和食品质量的监测结果。居民膳食摄入的主要问题是动物脂肪摄入量高，优质蛋白质摄入量略低。一些维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维摄入不足也是居民营养方面的首要问题。食品安全监测表明食品和原材料，尤其是牛奶及奶制品的微生物污染频率很高。这些数据被用于制定改善居民膳食摄入的国家政策。
