We reviewed the medical records of 30 eyes of 27 patients needing Nd-YAG laser capsulotomy for posterior capsular opacification after extracapsular cataract extraction using the phaco-emulsification technique with anterior continuous circular capsulorhexis. Associated ocular and/or systemic disorders were reported and the possibility of preselection of patients at risk for posterior capsular opacification and their eligibility for posterior circular continuous capsulorhexis will be emphasized.
我们回顾了27例患者的30只眼的病历，这些患者在采用超声乳化技术联合前连续环形撕囊进行囊外白内障摘除术后，因后囊膜混浊需要进行Nd-YAG激光后囊切开术。报告了相关的眼部和/或全身疾病，并将强调对有后囊膜混浊风险的患者进行预筛选的可能性及其进行后连续环形撕囊的适宜性。
