The cytology and morphology of three strains of Aspergillus terricola were studied in the course of synthesis of proteolytic enzymes. The level of the enzymes in the cultural broth was highest during the growth of the diffused mycelium, and was accompanied with specific cytodifferentiation of the fungal hyphae. The contact between the hyphae of the producing culture and the growth medium is presumed to be important for biosynthesis of the enzymes.
在蛋白酶合成过程中,对三株土曲霉的细胞学和形态学进行了研究。在扩散菌丝体生长期间,培养液中酶的水平最高,并且伴随着真菌菌丝的特定细胞分化。据推测,产酶培养物的菌丝与生长培养基之间的接触对于酶的生物合成很重要。
