Abstract
The paper presents the ocular clinical manifestations and its immunopathology in the main rheumatic diseases. The study shows that the most frequent ocular involvement in ankylosing spondylitis is anterior uveitis and HLA-B27 + uveitis are more severe, with a longer evolution and more frequent complications.
摘要
本文介绍了主要风湿性疾病的眼部临床表现及其免疫病理学。研究表明，强直性脊柱炎最常见的眼部受累是前葡萄膜炎，且HLA - B27阳性的葡萄膜炎更为严重，病程更长，并发症更频繁。
