A 77-year-old male patient underwent retropubic prostatectomy for benign prostatic hypertrophy. Fourteen months after operation, a hard nodule was palpated on the left lobe on digital examination. Transrectal needle biopsy was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the prostate. It was one and half year after prostatectomy that we diagnosed prostate cancer (stage D2).
一名77岁男性患者因良性前列腺增生接受耻骨后前列腺切除术。术后14个月，直肠指检发现左叶有一硬结节。行经直肠穿刺活检，病理诊断为前列腺低分化腺癌。前列腺切除术后一年半，我们诊断为前列腺癌（D2期）。
