Abstract
A comparative analysis is presented of surgical treatment of 603 patients with malignant tumors of the thyroid gland before and after the Chernobyl NPP accident. Pediatric patients showed higher aggressiveness of the struma maligna course in the post-accident period, which fact suggests the need for broadening indications for thyroidectomy with radical intervention on regional lymph collectors.
摘要
对切尔诺贝利核电站事故前后603例甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者的手术治疗进行了对比分析。儿科患者在事故后时期显示出恶性甲状腺肿病程更具侵袭性，这一事实表明有必要扩大甲状腺切除术的适应症，并对区域淋巴结进行根治性干预。
