Natural killer cells (NKC) were studied in 150 patients with first revealed destructive pulmonary tuberculosis, 100 with fibrocavernous and 50 with cirrhotic pulmonary tuberculosis by assessing their peripheral blood levels, cytotoxic activity and specific activity of adenosine deaminase. The latter 2 parameters were determined in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Different types of pulmonary tuberculosis were demonstrated to be accompanied by varying NKC depressions.
通过评估外周血水平、细胞毒性活性以及腺苷脱氨酶的比活性，对150例初发浸润性肺结核患者、100例纤维空洞型肺结核患者和50例硬化型肺结核患者的自然杀伤细胞（NKC）进行了研究。后两项参数在支气管肺泡灌洗液中测定。结果表明，不同类型的肺结核伴有不同程度的NKC降低。
