Metastasis of breast carcinoma to the vulva is rare: only a few cases have been previously described.
A 61-year-old woman with a history of recurrent breast carcinoma presented with a painless lump on the vulva. Excisional biopsy showed an infiltrating adenocarcinoma that was histologically similar to the primary breast tumor.
This report is another of breast carcinoma metastatic to the vulva. The clinical features and histologic findings distinguish this lesion from a primary breast carcinoma occurring in ectopic breast tissue.
乳腺癌转移至外阴罕见：此前仅报道过少数病例。
一名有复发性乳腺癌病史的61岁女性，外阴出现无痛性肿块。切除活检显示为浸润性腺癌，组织学上与原发性乳腺肿瘤相似。
本报告是另一例乳腺癌转移至外阴的病例。临床特征和组织学表现将此病变与异位乳腺组织中发生的原发性乳腺癌区分开来。
