The sign of the central hearing disturbances are: difficulties in speech understanding in noise and competing message, ringing in the ears, hearing hallucinations and attention deficits. The diagnosis of central hearing disturbances base on good audiological enquiry, audiometric tonal examination, as well as impedance and verbal audiometry. Two groups of school children were examined. One with audiological problems found in enquiry and second, control group, with a good experiences in school. It was found, that the audiological examination of tonal, impedance and speech audiometry is a good tool in central hearing disturbances diagnosis.
