Abstract

Mucocele of the appendix is uncommon, and preoperative diagnosis is rare. In our patient the clinical symptoms, and transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound findings mimicked those of ovarian cyst torsion. Laparoscopy revealed it to be a mucocele. Appendectomy using operative laparoscopic techniques resulted in no complications.

阑尾黏液囊肿并不常见，术前诊断也很罕见。在我们的患者中，临床症状以及经腹和经阴道超声检查结果与卵巢囊肿蒂扭转相似。腹腔镜检查显示为阑尾黏液囊肿。采用腹腔镜手术技术进行阑尾切除术未出现并发症。
