We report on two cases of verrucous carcinoma of the penis that had been treated conservatively by local excision using the Mohs micrographic technique.
METHODS/RESULTS: The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of verrucous carcinoma of the penis are discussed.
Local excision according to the Mohs micrographic technique may suffice in cases with non-invasive verrucous carcinoma of the penis. If the lesion involves the penile shaft, partial or total amputation of the glans penis is indicated, depending on the degree of involvement. Lymphadenectomy does not appear to be necessary since lymph node metastasis is rare.
我们报告两例阴茎疣状癌病例，采用莫氏显微描记手术技术进行局部切除保守治疗。
方法/结果：讨论阴茎疣状癌的临床特征、诊断及治疗。
对于非侵袭性阴茎疣状癌病例，采用莫氏显微描记手术技术进行局部切除可能足够。如果病变累及阴茎体，根据累及程度，需行部分或全部阴茎头切除术。由于淋巴结转移罕见，似乎无需进行淋巴结清扫术。
