Abstract
A case of congenital dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is presented. It was treated by local radical surgical excision, the function of the hand remaining normal. Six months post operatively the child is in excellent health, and there are no signs of recurrence.

本文报告1例先天性隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤。采用局部根治性手术切除治疗，手部功能保持正常。术后6个月，患儿健康状况良好，无复发迹象。
