A case of splenic invasion and rupture by a pancreatic pseudocyst is presented and previously documented cases are reviewed. The serious consequences of this complication are stressed. In the present case, splenic rupture occurred during clinical and radiological resolution of the pseudocyst.
本文报告一例胰腺假性囊肿侵犯脾脏并导致脾脏破裂的病例，并对既往文献记载的病例进行回顾。强调了这一并发症的严重后果。在本病例中，脾脏破裂发生在假性囊肿的临床及影像学消退过程中。
