Abstract
Effects of brief treatment of growth factors on the urogenital sinus of embryonic rats were investigated and it was found that 8 hour-treatment in the beginning of 5-day cultivation with the epidermal growth factor (EGF) or transforming growth factor-alpha (TGF-alpha) can provoke prostatic bud formation, in the medium deprived of androgens.

研究了生长因子短期处理对胚胎大鼠泌尿生殖窦的影响，发现在无雄激素的培养基中，在5天培养开始时用表皮生长因子（EGF）或转化生长因子-α（TGF-α）处理8小时可促使前列腺芽形成。
