Abstract
The granulosa cell tumor is the most common sex ovary stromal tumors. Ten percent of cases present during pregnancy. Two histopathologically well defined patterns of granulosa cell tumors are known: the common adult granulosa cell tumors (AGCT) and the less frequent juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT). This report describes a case of juvenile tumor of the granulosa occurring in a 22 year-old pregnant woman.

颗粒细胞瘤是最常见的卵巢性索间质肿瘤。10%的病例在孕期出现。已知颗粒细胞瘤有两种组织病理学明确的类型：常见的成人颗粒细胞瘤（AGCT）和较罕见的青少年颗粒细胞瘤（JGCT）。本报告描述了一例发生在一名22岁孕妇的青少年颗粒细胞瘤病例。
