Cystic lymphangioma is a developmental malformation of the lymphatic system. It is extremely rare for this type of tumor to arise from retroperitoneum in newborns. We present a male mature newborn infant with a retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma proven by autopsy. The clinical manifestation of chylous ascites may mimic retroperitoneal cystic lymphangioma. The finding in supine abdomen X ray and abdominal sonography may help us to make some differential diagnosis.
囊性淋巴管瘤是淋巴系统的一种发育畸形。这种类型的肿瘤在新生儿中起源于腹膜后极为罕见。我们报告一例经尸检证实为腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤的男性足月新生儿。乳糜性腹水的临床表现可能与腹膜后囊性淋巴管瘤相似。仰卧位腹部X线和腹部超声检查结果有助于我们进行一些鉴别诊断。
