Abstract
This report describes emergency cerclage on dilated and effaced cervices prior to 24 weeks' gestation with membranes bulging into the vagina in a primigravida with twin pregnancy. This operation enabled us to obtain an extension of the pregnancy of 11.2 weeks and the survival of the two foeti.

本报告描述了一名初产妇双胎妊娠，孕24周前宫颈扩张且消退、胎膜突入阴道时行紧急宫颈环扎术的情况。该手术使我们得以将孕周延长11.2周，两个胎儿均存活。
