Kept under observation were eight patients with Sweet's syndrome--six men and 2 women aged 25-60. The syndrome was accompanied by fever in 8 patients; in 6 it was preceded by common cold, respiratory diseases; neutrophilia was present in 7 patients. Rash presented as inflammatory spots, 10 am in diameter, was located predominantly in the upper part of the body. Helpful in the treatment of the condition were corticosteroid therapy and potassium iodide.
对8例Sweet综合征患者进行了观察，其中6例男性，2例女性，年龄在25至60岁之间。8例患者均伴有发热；6例患者在发病前有普通感冒、呼吸道疾病；7例患者存在中性粒细胞增多。皮疹表现为炎症性斑点，直径10毫米，主要位于身体上部。皮质类固醇疗法和碘化钾对该病症的治疗有帮助。
