Abstract
Two cases with pneumonia are presented. The diagnosis was based on the examination of the laryngeal secretions. The presence of inclusion bodies of Chlamydia pneumoniae were found in the Hep-2 cell culture. Treatment with doxycycline and erythromycin was effective.
