The causes of death of 35 cases of pancreas hemorrhage have been analysed. The pancreas hemorrhage was seen not only in acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis, but also in poisoning, mechanical injury, mechanical asphyxia, and heart disease. The diagnosis and pathogenesis of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis were discussed.
对35例胰腺出血患者的死亡原因进行了分析。胰腺出血不仅见于急性出血性胰腺炎，还见于中毒、机械性损伤、机械性窒息及心脏病。对急性出血性胰腺炎的诊断及发病机制进行了讨论。
