We studied the positive inotropic effect of the novel cardiotonic agent, vesnarinone on open chest and intact anaesthetized dogs hearts. The results indicate that vesnarinone has a dose-effect relationship on increasing the contractile force, LV dp/dt max and stroke volume, and it shortens the ejection time 21%. No effect on blood pressure and heart rate was noted. Vesnarione is more effective than amrinone in terms of positive inotropic effect.
我们研究了新型强心剂维司力农对开胸和完整麻醉犬心脏的正性肌力作用。结果表明，维司力农在增加收缩力、左心室dp/dt max和每搏输出量方面存在剂量效应关系，并且它使射血时间缩短了21%。未观察到对血压和心率的影响。在正性肌力作用方面，维司力农比氨力农更有效。
