In this article complications, occurred after 120 procedures of renal PTA, have been analyzed. Serious complications occurred in 7% of patients and required surgical operation. Reduction of amount of complications depends on settlement of adequate indications to PTA and experience of surgeons, making this procedures.
本文分析了120例肾动脉腔内血管成形术（PTA）后出现的并发症。7%的患者出现严重并发症并需要进行外科手术。并发症数量的减少取决于对PTA适当适应症的确定以及实施该手术的外科医生的经验。
