[An evaluation of limited operation for primary lung cancer].

The availability of a limited operation for the treatment of primary lung cancer was discussed on 50 cases underwent either partial resection or segmentectomy in our institute. Limited operation cases performed for poor risk groups and recurrent cases of lung cancer got satisfactory results for both functional state and prognosis. The availability of a limited operation as a positive operation is a subject in the future.
