Radiotherapy has a well-established role in palliative care of patients with cancer. It is a local treatment of short duration, the number of fractions should be kept to a minimum without loss of efficacy. Radiotherapy can control superior vena caval obstruction, spinal cord compression, brain metastases, painful bone metastases, and tumor-related bleeding.
放射治疗在癌症患者的姑息治疗中具有公认的作用。它是一种疗程短的局部治疗方法，分次照射次数应保持在最低限度且不影响疗效。放射治疗可控制上腔静脉阻塞、脊髓压迫、脑转移、疼痛性骨转移和肿瘤相关出血。
