The spectra of 31P-NMR erythrocytes in patients with initial symptoms of cerebral circulation insufficiency compared to blood-donors were analysed. The expansion of 31P-NMR ATP and 2,3-DPG signals is observed in pathology. On these grounds the authors have come to a conclusion that the population of erythrocytes is more heterogeneous as to oxygen saturation than in normal state.
对有脑循环功能不全初始症状的患者与献血者的31P-NMR红细胞光谱进行了分析。在病理状态下观察到31P-NMR ATP和2,3-DPG信号的扩展。基于这些结果,作者得出结论:与正常状态相比,红细胞群体在氧饱和度方面更加异质。
