Abstract
An atypical fibroxanthoma on the ear of a 82-year-old man appeared clinically as a pyogenic granuloma. Histopathologically, the lesion had been interpreted as a malignant melanoma before its true nature was identified. Familiarity with this cutaneous pseudomalignant growth is essential to prevent radical surgical procedures.

一名82岁男性耳部的非典型纤维黄色瘤临床上表现为化脓性肉芽肿。在其真实性质被确定之前，组织病理学上该病变曾被误诊为恶性黑色素瘤。熟悉这种皮肤假性恶性病变对于避免激进的外科手术至关重要。
