Abstract

Pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor which causes increased levels of circulating catecholamines. During pregnancy, this condition is life threatening to both mother and fetus. A case report of pheochromocytoma diagnosed in the third trimester is presented along with a review of the diagnosis and treatment of pheochromocytoma in pregnancy.

摘要

嗜铬细胞瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤，它会导致循环儿茶酚胺水平升高。在怀孕期间，这种情况对母亲和胎儿都有生命威胁。本文报告了一例在孕晚期诊断出嗜铬细胞瘤的病例，并对妊娠期嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗进行了综述。
