Abstract
OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of helical CT of the chest for predicting blunt traumatic aortic ruptures when periaortic hematoma is used as a positive criterion.
CONCLUSION
We recommend the use of periaortic hematoma as a criterion for predicting traumatic aortic ruptures on CT because this criterion is sensitive and can reduce the false-positive rate of CT interpretations.

目的
本研究的目的是评估当以主动脉周围血肿作为阳性标准时，胸部螺旋CT预测钝性创伤性主动脉破裂的准确性。
结论
我们建议将主动脉周围血肿作为CT上预测创伤性主动脉破裂的标准，因为该标准具有敏感性，且能降低CT解读的假阳性率。
