Parvovirus B19 infection is a very polymorphic eruption. We describe a new clinical form.
A 4-year-old child was hospitalized for a painful acrocyanosis localised at the feet and the tip of the nose, which disappeared without any treatment in three weeks. The screening revealed a parvovirus B19 infection.
This eruption differs from the classic "gloves and socks syndrome" because of the presence of plantar and nasal painful erythrocyanosis and the young age of the child.
