Abstract
We report an uncommon case of acute suppurative thyroiditis arising from a piriform sinus fistula. Postcontrast computed tomography (CT) revealed an anterior neck abscess extending from the left piriform sinus inferiorly towards the left lobe of the thyroid gland, in addition to bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy.
