A 70-year-old woman was referred to us for the investigation of a tumor mass in the right sided of the heart. LDH and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL2r) were elevated. She died one day after the initiation of radiation therapy because of intractable cardiogenic shock. Primary cardiac lymphoma was identified at autopsy. Measurement of serum sIL2r lead us to the antemortem diagnosis of the disease.
一名70岁女性因右侧心脏肿瘤块前来我院检查。乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）和可溶性白细胞介素-2受体（sIL2r）升高。她在开始放射治疗一天后因顽固性心源性休克死亡。尸检发现为原发性心脏淋巴瘤。血清sIL2r的检测使我们在生前做出了该病的诊断。
