Henoch-Schoenlein purpura is a common vasculitic syndrome in childhood. Diagnosis is based on the presence of nonthrombocytopenic purpura arthritis or arthralgia, abdominal pain and glomerulonephritis. In our case report a causal relationship between toxocarosis and Henoch-Schoenlein purpura is suggested.
亨诺赫-舍恩莱因紫癜是儿童期常见的血管炎综合征。诊断基于非血小板减少性紫癜、关节炎或关节痛、腹痛和肾小球肾炎的存在。在我们的病例报告中，提示了弓蛔虫病与亨诺赫-舍恩莱因紫癜之间的因果关系。
