[Henoch-Schoenlein purpura and toxocarosis].

Henoch-Schoenlein purpura is a common vasculitic syndrome in childhood. Diagnosis is based on the presence of nonthrombocytopenic purpura arthritis or arthralgia, abdominal pain and glomerulonephritis. In our case report a causal relationship between toxocarosis and Henoch-Schoenlein purpura is suggested.
