[Osteoma of the internal auditory canal. Presentation of a case and review of the bibliography].

Osteomas of the internal auditory canal (IAC) are an infrequent osseous lesion. They are usually asymptomatic. This report describes a 29-year-old woman with an osteoma of the left internal auditory canal and reviews the literature.
