The effect of 10-, 30-, 60-, 90-, and 120-min exposure to halotane vapors on the energy parameters of mitochondria of the liver of albino rats was studied in in vitro experiments. In long-term contact of the mitochondria with halotane the respiratory and phosphorylation function of the mitochondria in oxidation of PAD- and NAD-dependent substrates was disturbed.
在体外实验中,研究了将白化大鼠肝脏线粒体暴露于氟烷蒸汽10分钟、30分钟、60分钟、90分钟和120分钟对其能量参数的影响。线粒体与氟烷长期接触会干扰其在氧化PAD和NAD依赖性底物时的呼吸和磷酸化功能。
