By means of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), the changes of inorganic elements in the senescent scales of Fritillaria thunbergii at the late stage were determined. The results showed that the main trends of the changes of P, S and K were continuously removing, while those of most elements such as Al were less removing. The inorganic elements for the growth of new organs were absorbed mainly from soil by the root.
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了浙贝母衰老鳞片后期无机元素的变化。结果表明,P、S和K的变化主要趋势是不断去除,而Al等大多数元素的去除较少。新器官生长所需的无机元素主要由根系从土壤中吸收。
