Using method of MTT and 3H-TdR incorporation, the effect of L-ENK on proliferation and DNA synthesis of the cultured thoracic aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) of SD rats was investigated. The results indicated that L-ENK (10(-5)-10(-4) mol/L) could markedly inhibit proliferation and DNA synthesis of VSMCs, while NAL (10(-8)-10(-5) mol/L) had no such effect, but could antagonize the inhibitory action of L-ENK on the proliferation of VSMCs.
采用MTT法和3H-TdR掺入法，研究了亮氨酸脑啡肽（L-ENK）对SD大鼠胸主动脉血管平滑肌细胞（VSMCs）增殖及DNA合成的影响。结果表明，L-ENK（10^-5 - 10^-4 mol/L）可显著抑制VSMCs的增殖及DNA合成，而纳洛酮（NAL，10^-8 - 10^-5 mol/L）无此作用，但可拮抗L-ENK对VSMCs增殖的抑制作用。
