Using method of MTT and 3H-TdR incorporation, the effect of L-ENK on proliferation and DNA synthesis of the cultured thoracic aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) of SD rats was investigated. The results indicated that L-ENK (10(-5)-10(-4) mol/L) could markedly inhibit proliferation and DNA synthesis of VSMCs, while NAL (10(-8)-10(-5) mol/L) had no such effect, but could antagonize the inhibitory action of L-ENK on the proliferation of VSMCs.
采用MTT法和3H-TdR掺入法,研究了亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-ENK)对SD大鼠胸主动脉血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)增殖及DNA合成的影响。结果表明,L-ENK(10^-5 - 10^-4 mol/L)可显著抑制VSMCs的增殖及DNA合成,而纳洛酮(NAL,10^-8 - 10^-5 mol/L)无此作用,但可拮抗L-ENK对VSMCs增殖的抑制作用。
