In the present article the hygienic estimation of actual feeding of the students of college is resulted. Is shown, that the consumption of energy, proteins and fats by the students of college is lower then recommended parameters for this age category. Is marked disbalance of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral elements in diet of the students and relative vitamin neediness of their diet. The recommendations for rationalization of a students feeding are given.
本文给出了对大学生实际饮食的卫生评估。结果表明,大学生的能量、蛋白质和脂肪摄入量低于该年龄组的推荐参数。指出了大学生饮食中蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、矿物质元素的失衡以及其饮食相对缺乏维生素的情况。给出了合理安排大学生饮食的建议。
