Abstract
In this report we present the CT findings of two non-gestational, extragonadal choriocarcinomas, one arising within the stomach and one in the pancreas. These are rare tumours and a pancreatic primary site has not been previously described.

在本报告中，我们展示了两例非妊娠性、性腺外绒毛膜癌的CT表现，一例发生于胃，另一例发生于胰腺。这些是罕见的肿瘤，胰腺原发部位此前尚未见报道。
