To succeed in today's competitive world, companies need to continually train their employees to do new jobs and to perform old jobs better. Unfortunately, most on-the-job education and training is wasted, since traditional methods do not get workers to retain what they have learned. This article describes a new method of education, integrative learning, that takes into account that each person has multiple kinds of intelligence and also has his or her own style of learning.
