The Mentoring Program at Fayetteville State University: a key to success for minority students.

This article gives a detailed description of the Mentoring Program at Fayetteville State University. The program was developed and in implemented by the University College of Fayetteville State University and has played a key role in the academic success of students. This purpose of this paper was to provide information about an approach that may assist nursing faculty teaching minority students and others to more effectively promote their academic success.
