39 allergens, chemical ingredients commonly used in cosmetics in China, were tested. The safe concentration of allergens was determined in experiments on animals. On the basis of the above results and referring to the literature, the concentration of allergens used in patch test for human was designed and the patch test was carried out on 10 volunteers by routine method. Finally the concentration which gave no reaction in all 10 volunteers was verified in patients with eczema or contact dermatitis. The rate of positive reactions for each allergen was raged from 0 to 12% with an average 3.4%, According to the results of three above mentioned experiments the series of allergen standards for patch test was established. It is used as an appendix to the document for diagnostic criteria and principles of management of consmetic diseases.
对中国化妆品中常用的39种过敏原、化学成分进行了测试。通过动物实验确定了过敏原的安全浓度。基于上述结果并参考文献,设计了用于人体斑贴试验的过敏原浓度,并采用常规方法对10名志愿者进行了斑贴试验。最后,在湿疹或接触性皮炎患者中验证了在所有10名志愿者中均无反应的浓度。每种过敏原的阳性反应率在0至12%之间,平均为3.4%。根据上述三项实验的结果,建立了斑贴试验的过敏原标准系列。它被用作化妆品疾病诊断标准和管理原则文件的附录。
