Abstract
PRESENTATION
An elderly man had recurrent hospital admissions with falls.
OUTCOME
Acetylcholine receptor antibodies and single-fibre electromyogram were useful in the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. Treatment prevented further hospital admissions.
