Comparative study of smooth myocytes in muscular tissue of different order bronchi was carried out by means of complex of electron microscopic, cytophotometric and morphometric methods. Significant difference between the volume of myocytes in major, medium and small bronchi was found. As bronchial diameter reduces the structure of smooth myocyte population changes which is accompanied by decrease of proportion of large myocytes and growth of small myocyte number. The presence of young forms of myoblastic differon in muscular tissue of small bronchi is considered in the aspect of their high functional and adaptive properties.
采用电子显微镜、细胞光度测量法和形态测量法等综合方法,对不同级支气管肌肉组织中的平滑肌细胞进行了比较研究。发现主支气管、中支气管和小支气管中肌细胞体积存在显著差异。随着支气管直径减小,平滑肌细胞群体结构发生变化,伴随着大肌细胞比例下降和小肌细胞数量增加。从小支气管肌肉组织中肌母细胞分化群年轻形式的高功能和适应性特性方面对其存在情况进行了探讨。
